Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• We do not accept returns on customized or made-to-order items.
• Items such as blouses, intimate wear, and accessories are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sircillasilks@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
2. We will review your request within 48 working hours and provide instructions for the return.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up or guide you on how to return the product.
   • If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, you may be required to ship the product back to us using a courier service of your choice. In such cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• We will arrange a reverse pick-up and ship a replacement item at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or tailored products
• Gift cards
• Intimate wear and accessories
• Sale items (unless damaged or defective)

Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated time, please check with your bank or payment provider.
